Commentary on “Will the truth behind the killing of U Ko Ni ever see the light of day?

The Military actually has two choice to make: one is to cover up or misled to achieve its desired outcome of the assasination plot into "unable to be cleared crime category" if it is the party doing it or part of its top brass are involved; and the other, if it only concerns a group or part of its establishment carrying out the assasination on its own, to reveal the whole story and punished the culprits, so that it could clean its name from the crime committed.

Hopefully, the second possibility is the case and the Military would try to turn the tide of "bad press" and negative public opinion into a more favorable image that it is now trying to project, by going down hard on the people that committed the crime among its rank and let them face the justice.
