The Shan Herald Agency for News (SHAN)’s online radio programme, its first, will begin on Monday, 19 August 2013, 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.

The maiden effort will be in Shan, to be followed by Burmese, Thai and English as the programme staff gains experience.

Reports and features, interspersed with Shan songs, will include news inside Shan State, Asean, migrant workers, world, economy, health, sports and arts.
