Think Piece
In countries in West Asia and North Africa that underwent sudden change, or countries where democracy was imposed, such as Iraq and Afghanistan, the maintenance of order has also been a problem. After the success of sudden “revolutions”, these countries have fallen into various degrees of chaos due to the loss of order. It is difficult to cultivate good governance and democratic progress in a disorderly social environment.

This is precisely what Brzezinski, the famous American strategist, has described- a choice between top-down, controlled development with stability and chaotic freedom that completely destroys the economy.  Many westerners, including Brzezinski, now see the danger of the latter.
