The updated briefing "Myanmar: Extractives in Ten Minutes", a snapshot guide to the rapidly developing extractive industries of Myanmar. The attached two-pager provides insight into Myanmar's most critical industry in advance of President Obama's visit next Monday, when the world's eyes will be on the country.

The briefing is designed as a quick read, covering five major features of the industry, posing five unanswered questions, and profiling the five biggest players in the sector. This "Ten Minutes" guide is an update to a previous briefing on Myanmar; OpenOil has also developed similar snapshots of extractive industries in other countries such as Mongolia and Venezuela.
